v. The Brown Schools Inc., et. al. – Represented
minor residents who were sexually assaulted by employee of residential
treatment facility. Significant settlements obtained.

Anderson v. Asphalt Transport, Inc., - Represented
trucking company in defense of death case. Case settled on favorable
terms to client.

Armstrong, et al v. Main Street Homes - Significant
arbitration award for a group of over 30 homeowners after three
week arbitration proceeding.

Balcones
System Corp. v. Switch and Data Facilities Company, Inc. et.
al, - Represented plaintiff in commercial dispute
involving fraud and breach of contract. Obtained $11 million
jury verdict and $9 million judgment.

Barrett v. Asphalt Transport, Inc., - Represented
trucking company in serious injury case. Case settled on favorable
terms to client.

Crutchfield et. al. v. Blockbuster, Inc.,
- Represented customers in class action. Settled, together with
other similar cases involving other counsel, for $450 million
in benefits to 40 million class members.

Dearing v. Texas Parks & Wildlife Department,
- Represent employees in class action against employer. Motions
for class certification and partial summary judgment granted
on behalf of class. Currently on appeal to United States Supreme
Court.

K&O Limited Partnership v. CTTI, et al.
- Jury verdict and judgment of $1.1 million in commercial construction
case. Also obtained substantial additional settlements.

Mystery Shoppers, Inc. v. Bare Associates International,
Inc., et. al, - Represented plaintiff in case involving
alleged theft of trade secrets. Settlement obtained.

Odeen Hibbs Trucking Co. v. Cen-Tex Transportation
Insurance Services, Inc., - Represent trucking company
in case against insurance agency for failing to obtain coverage
in spite of acceptance of approximately $300,000 worth of premiums.
Suppers, et. al. v. Switch and Data Facilities Company,
Inc., et. al. – Represent plaintiff in commercial
dispute involving fraud and breach of $10 million contract. Case
pending in Palm Beach County, Florida.
