- Currently representing local employer in workers’ compensation
retaliatory discharge lawsuit filed in Travis County.
- Currently defending local employer in employment litigation
involving claims of fraud and negligent misrepresentation. Succeeded
in changing venue to Travis County from Harris County.
- Currently defending local business in complex litigation involving
claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and conspiracy arising
out of failed business relationship with local Internet company.
